Frequently mistakes when driving RC cars

1.Reversing of the starter. If you want to start your car, the starter should be moved forward, especially for those have hand system, reversing will broke the rope or unidirectional.

2.The unstable installation of air filters. Thin ropes can be used to fastened at the bottom of air filters before the rope to be deformed .

3.Lack of power. You'd better to charge your RC car batteries lipo the day before you are going to driving your car, and that's include the telecontrol, receiver, plug.

4.Check the oil in air filter. You should check the oil in air filter before you drive to make sure the oil is enough.

5.To stop the engine by air filter. Do not do that in any cases or the air filter will be transformed, easy to have sands and have a big opportunity to let the oil into engine.

6.Tubing. Check if there is any broken hole in the tubing, the hole will cause the unsteady of engine. Pay attention to the smooth of tubing and make sure the interface of cylinder and exhaust pipe should be matched correctly.

7.The space of gear, too tight or too loose are both easy to be damaged because of overheating. One piece of paper for the gap between two gears is enough, and should pay attention to check if it is smooth enough for the big gear to turn around.

8.Glue of screw. All of the screws locked on the metal should be gelatinized, the better way is to gelatinize some on the screws, pinching them by your figure then turn around and just move out the rest of the glue.

9.Demolition of burner. In case of the sands drop in, you should clean up the sands before dismantling. And replace the burner as soon as it has any problems, because when the burner is burning, metal wire are easy to drop inside cylinder and that will damage cylinder.

10.The clutch. Flail block and bearing should be checked regularly, because it's easy to damage the engine for not smooth. And so do the spring of fail block should be checked regularly.

11.After Run Oil. After driving, you need to put 2-3 drop oil for both burner and the mouth of carburettor. Remember to lean it before to separate the burner and air Seperator.
Exhaust pipe. Check the plastic gooseneck (including engine to curve gooseneck, curve gooseneck to exhaust pipe) which is connected with exhaust, if there's loosing or leaking. If there is a screw on the engine, you can gelatinize on it; if there is a spring, then you can add one more safety rope.
